Enjoy the Charm of “Taking Tea” with Unique Themes and Programs

~~~
In the Antique Atmosphere of a Turn-of-the Century House
~~~

Featuring Guest Speakers and YOU as a Special Part of Each Program!

Themed teas, called "Special-Teas," are offered from Fall through Spring at Southern Oaks.  At each Special-Tea, guests enjoy "taking tea" in the charming ambiance of a turn-of-the-century restored house--but that's not all!

Each “tea” has a unique program that is designed to educate as well as entertain. On some occasions, speakers will present interesting and informative programs pertaining to the theme; at other times, guests are invited to don fancy hats and/or costumes and interact with one another by bringing items to share, reading character parts in a dramatic presentation, learning old-style dancing, and more!

Special-Teas are perfect for a unique birthday celebration, having tea with “girlfriends,” or just getting away and meeting new people in a pleasant atmosphere. Hostess Michele Cox makes sure that her guests not only have a great time and enjoy a tasty lunch, but that they learn something new every time they attend a tea at Southern Oaks.

Each tea costs $20 per person. This includes the buffet lunch, several tea varieties, dessert, and ---the “edutainment” --- in the privacy and non-cluttered atmosphere of Southern Oaks.

Reservations are required, and are taken on a first come/first served basis. Groups are welcomed. There is enough seating for up to 50 guests.
